What is a credit?
One credit equals one image enhancement. Each time you process an image through any of our enhancement tools (background removal, AI enhancement, style transfer, etc.), it uses one credit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle refreshes your credit balance to the amount included in your plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and you will not be charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Alipay, WeChat Pay, and UnionPay through our secure payment partner Airwallex.
Can I buy additional credits?
Yes, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time. Extra credits are available at $0.30-$0.50 per credit depending on the pack size.
